Standard (non-customized) products may be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Custom-made, bulk, or personalized orders (e.g., uniforms with logos, branded apparel, special sizes) are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
Clearance or sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. Replacement will be sent after inspection.
