1. Eligibility for Refunds
  • Standard (non-customized) products may be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items
  • Custom-made, bulk, or personalized orders (e.g., uniforms with logos, branded apparel, special sizes) are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

  • Clearance or sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Refund Process
  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

4. Exchanges
  • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. Replacement will be sent after inspection.
